Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using FennecFund (the “Service”), operated by Deep Pine LLC (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Is
FennecFund is a market intelligence platform. It surfaces analytical content including options flow signals, dealer positioning data, volatility regime indicators, factor scores, and ticker briefs. The Service is informational and is not investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Risk Disclaimer for details.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We use third-party OAuth providers for authentication; their terms apply in parallel.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your account page or the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute Service content, (b) scrape, mirror, or systematically download data outside permitted API usage, (c) reverse engineer the signal logic, (d) impersonate another user, or (e) use the Service to violate any law. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All Service content — signal methodology, factor scoring, narratives, charts, and software — is owned by Deep Pine LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading research.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Pine LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
